AeroDrop Service Providers, Inc. provides residential heating and cooling system design, installation, replacement, and related mechanical services in Ulster County, NY and surrounding areas.

Specific project scope, pricing, and timelines are outlined in individual written proposals or service agreements provided to customers prior to work beginning.

3. Estimates & Proposals

  • Estimates are based on information available at the time of evaluation.

  • Final pricing may change if unforeseen conditions are discovered (e.g., structural issues, code requirements, concealed damage).

  • Written approval (signed proposal or written authorization) is required before work begins.

  • Estimates do not constitute a binding contract until accepted in writing.

4. Payments

Payment terms are outlined in each individual proposal or invoice.

Unless otherwise specified:

  • A deposit may be required before scheduling installation.

  • Final payment is due upon completion of work.

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by law.

AeroDrop reserves the right to suspend work for non-payment.

5. Permits & Code Compliance

Where required, AeroDrop will obtain necessary permits for installations as outlined in the project proposal.

All work will be performed in accordance with applicable building codes and industry standards at the time of installation.

6. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment as provided by the manufacturer.

Labor warranties, if applicable, will be outlined in your written proposal.

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

  • Misuse or neglect

  • Unauthorized alterations

  • Failure to perform recommended maintenance

  • Damage caused by external events (flooding, fire, power surges, etc.)

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • AeroDrop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services provided.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Equipment availability

  • Permit processing delays

  • Circumstances outside our control

8. Access to Property

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area.

AeroDrop is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, concealed damage, or structural issues discovered during installation.

Customers agree to secure pets and remove personal belongings from work areas prior to service.

9. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of AeroDrop Service Providers, Inc. and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

Website content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional engineering or mechanical advice without a formal evaluation.

10. SMS & Electronic Communications

By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications related to:

  • Appointments

  • Project updates

  • Service follow-ups

11. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Customers are encouraged to provide reasonable notice for rescheduling requests.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in New York.
